Training and technical support

NIM offers a developer's support program with a choice of two membership levels, Standard and Premium. In addition to developer support programs, NIM also provides fee-based training courses for NAVBuilder.

The Standard Support level provides everything you need to get started. This includes:
Access to NAVBuilder SDK containing the API, documentation, emulator, and other support information.
Standard email support.
Web-based trouble ticketing and issue tracking.
Standard access to pre-production servers for testing and development.

The Premium Support level provides all Standard benefits support, plus:
Priority email support and issue resolution.
Premium access to pre-production servers for testing and development.



NAVBuilder enables you to include location-based services in your application quickly, drastically cutting your time to market.

What You Need to Start

Taking advantage of NAVBuilder is an easy process. First, sign up as a BREW developer:
1. Create an account on the BREW developer website.
2. Download and install BREW SDK and Tools Suite.

Then sign up as a Networks In Motion developer:
1. Contact NIM to obtain and execute NDA, EULA, and licensing agreement.
2. Create a developer account on NIM's developer extranet.
3. Download the NAVBuilder SDK.
4. Sign up for a training course or Premium support to accelerate your development cycle.
