Doug Antone
President and Chief Executive Officer
Antone has been in the information technology business for more than 20 years, holding managerial and executive positions in large and small companies. Prior to Networks In Motion (NIM), Antone was CEO of DispenseSource, Inc. an Orange County-based startup backed by Mission Ventures and Innocal Venture Capital Partners. He also served as president and CEO of Ethentica, a biometrics and ASP authentication services company. During his tenure, the company raised $25 million in equity funding and launched a family of biometric products into the marketplace. Antone was the first employee of a new division of Ingram Micro, in a newly created position of president of Ingram Alliance. Through his leadership, Ingram Alliance grew from zero to over $3 billion in annual sales. Before Ingram Micro, Antone was SVP, Worldwide Sales, Service and Corporate Marketing for Borland International.
Stephen G. Petilli
EVP Business Development and Product Management
Petilli holds 15 years of high-technology experience, including seven years in executive management positions. At Networks In Motion he is responsible for business development and product management activities. Prior to joining NIM, Petilli was a senior director at Broadcom Corporation, reporting directly to the vice president of Broadband Technologies. He joined Broadcom through the acquisition of Pivotal Technologies, the company he co-founded and managed, including securing two rounds of venture funding through tier-1 venture capital firms, and growing the company to more than $250 million valuation upon acquisition. Before founding Pivotal, he was president of Pleiades Research, a computer telephony software company. His previous experience includes positions at IBM and California Institute of Technology Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He has had several papers published in the areas of DSP and IC design.

David Shimoni
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Shimoni has 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and delivering large-scale value-added solutions to wireless carriers around the globe. His experience includes serving in increasingly responsible executive sales positions for 11 years at Comverse, a supplier of network-based multimedia enhanced communication and billing services for wireless carriers, managing major wireless carrier accounts worldwide such as Verizon, Cingular and AT&T Wireless in addition to Ericsson Radio Systems, the world’s largest wireless infrastructure vendor. Most recently, Shimoni served as president of Mobixell Networks, a provider of wireless multimedia adaptation technology, where he was responsible for establishing the company’s U.S. presence and promoting its technologies to the top wireless carriers in North and South America and to over 50 distribution channels consisting of system integrators, application providers and resellers. Shimoni holds a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia Business School in New York City and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Michael A. Sheha
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Sheha has more than 15 years of business management experience in the IT industry and is the primary inventor of Networks In Motion’s strategic patents. He is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the company’s long-term business strategies and sales objectives. Prior to co-founding NIM, he worked at the California Institute of Technology Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s wireless communication systems and research section, where he designed digital and RF communication systems, developed military GPS tracking systems, and performed research for communication link and propagation studies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Angie Sheha
Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Co-Founder
Sheha brings more than 15 years of technology and management experience in software development to Networks In Motion. She is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning committee and designing and implementing growth strategies and processes. Prior to co-founding NIM, Sheha was a lead engineer at the California Institute of Technology Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where she developed extensive software applications for real-time data acquisition and communication systems for military, commercial and space science projects. She has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Gregg Marston
CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance
Marston brings more than 30 years of experience to his position at NIM. He has been involved with three successful startups that have earned substantial returns for their investors. He was CFO of Foundstone, a computer security company that was sold to McAfee in late 2004 for $87 million. During the 1990s he was CFO of Intek Global, a narrow-band wireless data company that went public through a reverse merger. During the 1980s he was Controller of Triconex, a fault-tolerant computer company that had an IPO and was subsequently acquired. Marston is a frequent speaker to industry associations such as the Orange County Venture Group (where Marston currently serves as Board member), the Technology Council of Southern California, and the Tech Coast Angels. Marston earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Andler
Vice President of Marketing
Andler joined the company in 2004 after consulting for Networks In Motion and other startups in the consumer wireless space. As vice president of marketing for the Computer Systems Group of Toshiba and while at Fujitsu PC he was instrumental in driving the industry trend of integrating wireless technologies into mobile computing products. Prior to Fujitsu PC, he served as Phoenix Technologies’ Corporate vice president of marketing involved in setting industry standards for pre-operating system security and "Plug & Play" interoperability. Andler held several roles at Apple (CTO, PowerBook Div. & WW Sr. Dir. Marketing, Mobile Systems) during which time he re-launched the Newton PDA Platform and was actively involved in the turnaround of the PowerBook division. He was also a key management team member in the explosive growth for Toshiba’s notebook business as the Worldwide Director of Product Planning and Strategy. Andler brings more than 25 years of experience conceiving and marketing products focused on the application of new technologies to mobile computing and consumer electronics. Andler received degrees in engineering (BSE) and management (MBA) from UCLA, and is an IEEE member.

Shen Zhang
Vice President of New Product Development
Zhang brings 18 years of experience in wireless product development and support, including GSM/GPRS/EGPRS, CDMA and WCDMA technologies, to Networks In Motion. At Networks In Motion, Zhang leads all areas of product development. Most recently, Zhang served as director of customer product engineering at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Irvine, Calif., where he led an effort that assembled engineering teams and established design centers in the United States, Korea, China and France. Previously, he was director of engineering at the Skyworks Dallas Design Center as well as senior software engineering manager for NEC America Inc. Zhang was also a technical marketing manager for Mentor Graphics Corp. and has held software and QA lead positions for Mentor Graphics Corp, Silicon Compile Systems, Inc. and SWIFT GmbH. He holds a master’s degree in management of science and technology from the Oregon Graduate Institute, a master’s degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
