Stephen G. Petilli
Chairman and EVP, Business Development and Product Management
Stephen brings over 15 years of experience in the high-tech arena to NIM, including 7 years of executive management. Stephen oversees all aspects of the company's operations, and provides a guiding hand to keep NIM steadfast to its vision and growth potential. Prior to NIM, Stephen was a Sr. Director at Broadcom Corporation, reporting directly to the VP of Broadband Technologies. He joined Broadcom through an acquisition of his former company, Pivotal Technologies. Stephen co-founded and ran Pivotal, secured two rounds of venture funding through tier-1 VC firms, and grew the company to over $250 million valuation upon acquisition. Before founding Pivotal, Stephen was President of Pleiades Research, a software company in the computer telephony arena. Stephen started his career at IBM and later worked for the Communications Research section at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He holds a BSEE degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MSEE degree from the University of Southern California. Stephen has several published papers in the area of DSP and IC design.
Doug Antone
President and CEO
Doug joined NIM November 15, 2004, and brings over 20 years experience in the IT world, holding managerial and executive positions in large and small companies. Most recently Doug was President and CEO of DispenseSource, Inc, the leading provider of Point-of-Use hardware and software solutions, focused on supply chain efficiency for the industrial and manufacturing markets. Previously Doug was a division President at Ingram Micro, the world’s largest distributor of IT products, with over $20 billion in annual revenues. While there, Doug founded and managed the hugely successful Ingram Alliance division, which grew from zero sales in 1994, to $3 billion in annual sales in 1998. Doug also served on a five-person executive committee which reported directly to the company CEO. Prior to Ingram Micro, Doug was SVP of Worldwide Sales, Service and Corporate Marketing at Borland International, and helped drive annual sales $30 million in 1987, to nearly $500 million in 1994.

Jim White
Director
Jim White’s eclectic investment focus includes consumer facing, enterprise application and infrastructure solutions. In addition to Shutterfly, White currently serves on the board of Digital Chocolate, Forterra Systems, Inquira, Networks in Motion (NIM), 900Seconds, Object Reservoir, Radiance Technologies, Right Hemisphere, Satmetrix, and Vocalocity, and as a board observer at Data Domain and Infinera. White joined Sutter Hill Ventures in 2000 from Macromedia Inc. In his four years with Macromedia he held the position of VP of Marketing and then GM of the Interactive Learning Division which was sold to IBM Software Group, becoming part of the IBM Mindspan Learning Solutions Division. Prior to Macromedia, White was a VP of Marketing for Silicon Graphics. In his eight years at SGI he helped to start and build their $1.5B 3D graphics workstation business. White began his career with the Hewlett-Packard Company in the PC division and was part of the core team that created the Vectra Product line, spending time in engineering, sales and product marketing. White earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Brad Jones
Director
Brad Jones is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures. Prior to founding Redpoint, Brad was a general partner with Brentwood Venture Capital, a firm he joined in 1981. Brad currently focuses on communications, Internet and software opportunities that are located in Southern California. Brad has managed successful investments in communications, software, semiconductors, Internet infrastructure, Internet commerce and Internet content. He has led investments in communications companies such as ComCore/National Semiconductor (NSM); Internet companies such as Sandpiper Networks/Digital Island/Cable & Wireless (CWP) and Stamps.com (STMP); and software companies such as Apriso and Filenet (FILE). Brad received a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Physics from Harvard University. Brad also holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a J.D. from the Stanford Law School.

Ted Alexander
Director
Ted Alexander is a founding Associate of Mission Ventures and a General Partner of Mission Ventures II. Prior to joining Mission Ventures, Ted worked closely with the founders of Sandpiper Networks, in Business Development and Market Analysis. Sandpiper was subsequently acquired by Digital Island. Similarly, he assisted GE Information Services with the launch of an electronic data interchange service for the Internet. Previously, Ted was a Platoon Commander in the US Navy SEALs, and a Division Officer aboard a US Navy destroyer. Ted received an MBA from Duke University, where he served as President of his class, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Ted serves as a Director for Entropia, TelASIC Communications and Zyray Wireless, and recently led Mission Venture's investment into ID Analytics. Additionally, Ted serves as a Director of the San Diego Telecom Council and is currently the President of the San Diego Venture Group.
